Who Are We
The RoboRebels were formed in 2015 following the successful receipt of a grant from Google, FIRST, Macquarie University and Ford.
The team was formed with a view to Inspire young people to grow a love of science and technology.
Since 2015 the students of the RoboRebels have shared a love of STEM with over 1,000 young people from across Narooma’s feeder schools on the South Coast of NSW.
RoboRebels 2023 is a group of 5 students aged from 16 to 18, with a passion for science and technology, completely engaged in robotics and with their eyes on the future of this field.
Team members have run holiday robotics camps to raise funds, attended local community technology events and for the last two years have run a Science Day Expo at Narooma High School to showcase emerging technologies and provide hands on science-based opportunities for local Primary School students.
Past Competitions
Since 2015 RoboreRebels young people have grown their skills through participation in a wide range of robotics competitons.
